The contact and newsletter forms on this site are currently front-end only and are not connected to a backend, email service, or CRM. Submitting them does not send or store any data. Review — this section must be rewritten once a real backend is wired up, to describe what is collected, the legal basis, retention period, and how to exercise data-subject rights under the GDPR/UAVG.

If you email us at hello@equalframe.nl, we process the contents of that email and your email address to respond to your enquiry, and retain it only as long as reasonably necessary.
